How do I download my digital purchases?

As soon as you complete your online payment, a confirmation email will be sent with the download link. The link will also appear on the ‘Thank You’ page. 

The download link in your email is only active for 30 days after purchase.

Where can I find my digital file?

Once you’ve paid for your file, a download link will be sent to your email. If it does not appear in your primary inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder. The link will also appear on the ‘Thank You’ page after payment. 

My spreadsheet opens in ‘View Only’ mode. What should I do?

Typically, you’ll receive a template/copy link that will prompt you to make your own copy before downloading. However, in the event that this doesn’t happen, go to the upper-right-hand corner of the Google spreadsheet, then go to File >> Make a Copy. 

I have difficulty opening the file. What should I do?

If you’re still having difficulty opening your file, please try the following options:

• Open your file from a computer/laptop (recommended)

• Ensure you have enough space on your Google Drive

• Ensure that you’re signed into your Drive using your Gmail account

⚠️ Do not attempt to convert Google Sheets or Google Docs files to any other application (even if compatible), as the layout may change drastically and formulas may stop working. 

🚫 Some sheets and ranges are locked to preserve formulas. If any attempt is made to edit a locked cell, a dialogue box will appear. Click ‘cancel’ to preserve formulas within these cells. If you accidentally delete a cell containing a formula, click the ‘undo’ button to reverse the changes.
